**Key Responsibilities**

  • • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards
  • • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and needs
  • • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • • Assist with meal preparation and diaper changes, as needed
  • • Provide reliable transportation for children, as required
  • • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • • Possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and happiness

**Requirements**

  • • CPR and First Aid certification, preferred
