Seasonal Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a high level of personalized customer engagement, serving as a one-stop resource for customers, and achieving sales and productivity goals. You will also assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing product recommendations and information.
  • Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
  • Assume cashier duties as needed.
  • Assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store's customer base.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills.

This position is a part-time or limited-time position and is not eligible for all of the benefit plans offered at VF Corporation.
