  • Prepare documentation and materials for audits conducted by governmental bodies or compliance consultants.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate the certification process.
  • Collaborate across departments to convey regulatory requirements and track progress to ensure timely submissions.
  • Assist in interpreting technical data and accurately translating it for annual reporting and compliance projects.
  • Support submissions to governmental entities for environmental reporting certifications.
  • Monitor updates to regulations and ensure that appropriate action plans are developed within relevant business units.
  • Identify instances of non-compliance and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
  • Assess business needs regarding new or revised permitting and regulations, ensuring that action plans are implemented within compliance teams.
  • Regularly update and maintain regulatory content for assigned local codes, rules, and regulations.
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations or Plant Manager.
  • Oversee work order processes and coordinate with site service vendors.
  • Implement and monitor scheduled preventative maintenance programs.
  • Manage requests for maintenance of facilities or equipment.
  • Evaluate and schedule technicians or specialists for necessary repairs, ensuring timely arrangements for all required maintenance.
