Position Overview
Nesco Resource is seeking dedicated Assembly Workers to support our long-term client.

Shift Details
1st shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various tasks including assembly, inspection, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Ensure work area is organized and adheres to cleanliness standards.
- Follow all quality instructions, work guidelines, and procedures diligently.
- Accurately document information related to quality and production.
- Utilize safety devices and equipment correctly at all times.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team and support collective decisions.
- Adhere to the principles and procedures outlined in the company's Quality Policy.

Required Skills
- Assemble metal components, either partially or fully, on the production floor.
- Secure parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners.
- Adjust components for a precise fit using hand tools.
- Operate machinery to meet production standards.
- Conduct inspections of parts for quality assurance.
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors and managing spills.
- Dispose of waste appropriately.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly use hands for handling and manipulating materials.
- Frequently walk and move around the workspace.
- Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Vision capabilities must include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
- The work environment is representative of those encountered while performing essential job functions.
