LPN Call Center Intake Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in home health care and admission or intake departments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient flow of client admissions and billing and insurance information
- Perform a variety of duties to ensure accurate and effective flow of intake information
- Work collaboratively with referral sources, patients, and our team to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Three to five years of related experience
- Previous home health care experience highly desirable
- Experience working in an admission or intake department preferred
