Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen provides high-quality, safe, and nutritious food while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu planning and preparation strategies to meet quality and cost standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
