We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our growing team at Micro Tech Staffing Group, a well-established and reputable leader in technical staffing across the eastern seaboard for nearly 40 years.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including candidate discovery, screening, assessment, negotiating terms and rates, coordinating interview processes, follow up, final offer negotiations, and finalization of job orders.

You will identify candidates from various sources, such as internet sourcing, internal applicant tracking systems, and referrals; uncover passive top talent and engage in conversations to spark interest in specific positions.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and phone skills, effective time management, strong organizational skills, and a strong desire to learn new skills and succeed.

Our company offers a competitive commission structure, with an estimated annual salary range of $40-55K depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement, health insurance, dental insurance, 401K with employer match, paid time off, and additional holidays and bonuses.

In this role, you will work cohesively with a team of Recruiters and Sales Representatives, using your skills to provide professional recruiting for contract and permanent jobs within Engineering, Manufacturing, and Distribution fields.
