Job Title: Personnel Coordinator Specialist

Fairfield Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our personnel functions.

Responsibilities include entering new hires, pay rate changes, and termination information into our computer system, reviewing applications and resumes, and advising managers and employees on human resource policies.

The salary for this role is estimated at $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
