Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Pinnacle Engineering Inc is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients meet regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit environmental permit applications and supporting calculations to meet State and Federal requirements.
  • Develop and implement environmental compliance plans and reports, including emission inventories, toxic release inventories, and SPCC plans.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure client compliance.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with permit requirements and regulations.
  • Provide training to clients on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
