Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide both professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in alignment with physician directives. This role is essential in ensuring safe and effective therapy for our patients, working closely under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
  2. Implement and assess patient care plans while maintaining patient dignity and rights.
  3. Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as directed by the Registered Nurse.
  4. Monitor and document patient conditions, including pain management.
  5. Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
  6. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  7. Maintain professional accountability and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts LPN license.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Preferred: CPR Instructor certification and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
