Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Messaging Solutions Architect to lead our enterprise messaging initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of messaging systems and a proven track record in managing technical support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the messaging support team, ensuring the effective delivery of all messaging services.
  • Design and implement messaging architecture enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Oversee project assignments and administrative tasks related to messaging operations.
  • Provide expert guidance to team members and assist in resolving complex technical issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise messaging services.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing technical support teams.
  • Certification in Microsoft O365 or equivalent is required.

Daily Duties:

  • Manage daily operations of the Microsoft Exchange Online team, ensuring adherence to service levels.
  • Facilitate team meetings to set priorities and monitor project progress.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align messaging management with business goals.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Management certifications such as PMP or ITIL are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure functions like servers, storage, networking, and security is a plus.
