Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is stocked with supplies, clean, and organized.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and gift cards.
  • Assist with merchandise inventory, restocking, and maintaining a favorable working relationship with all team members.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
