This role involves traveling to various construction sites, which may require significant commute times. Mileage will be reimbursed, along with a fixed monthly travel allowance.

Daily Responsibilities:

Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with established schedules.

Collaborate with the team to provide constructive feedback and enhance planning efforts, including:

Vendor training and performance evaluations based on scheduling and quality metrics.

Quality of design, materials management, budget precision, and accuracy in take-offs.

Manage the client experience throughout the construction journey until project completion.

Engage with trade partners during the construction phase to boost quality and efficiency.

Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with homeowners through transparent communication.

Coordinate with Sales teams to oversee neighborhood and client interactions and referrals.

Ensure that job sites comply with organizational safety and environmental standards.

Assist in resolving issues or conflicts related to daily construction operations (e.g., vendor agreements, work orders, project progress, design changes).

Authorize payments for received materials and completed work.

Ensure that trade partner tasks are completed on schedule and meet defined quality standards.

Collaborate with Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Purchasing teams in construction workflows.

Inspect and validate workmanship and product quality to align with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential due to the travel requirements of this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in the construction field or a recent graduate in a related discipline.
  • Skills: Ability to manage construction processes in a high-volume environment.
  • Capability to oversee trade performance effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing budget constraints and preventing cost overruns.
  • Strong skills in interpreting blueprints, understanding municipal regulations, and adhering to building codes.

Compensation:

$60,000 to $80,000 per year in annual salary.
