- Utilize BDD/ATDD methodologies effectively.
- Review and refine tests at all levels to ensure optimal coverage and eliminate redundancy.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Engineers to define testing requirements for new features and contribute to automated tests.
- Work with engineers to establish mechanisms for integrating testing earlier in the software development lifecycle.
- Promote best practices in code quality, testing, testability, and maintainability, advocating for clean code and the test pyramid concept.
- Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with peers to enhance overall design, testability, and quality.
- Focus on achieving rapid feedback, prioritizing test parallelization as a key aspect of effective test automation infrastructure.
- Configure automated tests for reliable and efficient execution in CI/CD environments.
- Communicate test results promptly and effectively through automated channels.
- Independently tackle both well-defined and loosely defined problems.
- Seek opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skills.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Experience with non-functional engineering aspects such as scalability, accessibility, usability, data integrity, observability, and availability.
- Familiarity with software architecture and design patterns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Python or Java/.Net is preferred.
- Experience with Selenium and Cucumber is advantageous.
