Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, administer medication injections, perform health evaluations, monitor vital signs, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • React to emergencies, perform CPR, provide first aid, and accurately document medical interventions.
  • Offer medication education and treatment as required.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, arrange medical appointments, and contribute to patient care plans.
  • Maintain precise patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:

Candidates must have completed a practical nursing program, possess a valid practical nurse license, and ideally have experience in clinical psychiatric environments or with individuals facing substance use challenges.

  • Skilled in delivering nursing care, including medication administration and emergency response.

  • Proficient in communication, conflict resolution, and managing challenging interactions with patients.
Special Requirements:

A valid Florida driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record and proof of personal automobile insurance. Background checks and specific training are mandatory for this position.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be mobile, capable of lifting weights, possess visual and auditory acuity, fine motor skills, and stamina for extended shifts. Flexibility in work hours and locations is essential.
