About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our service center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, rates, and other customer-related inquiries
  • Assist customers with completing Bill of Lading and labeling freight
  • Perform general office duties as needed, including mailing, filing, and copying
  • Scan documents into the computer system
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400 experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
