Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, rates, and other customer-related inquiries
- Assist customers with completing Bill of Lading and labeling freight
- Perform general office duties as needed, including mailing, filing, and copying
- Scan documents into the computer system
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400 experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
