Job Summary:

As a Web Content Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by managing the day-to-day operations of our website, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, informative, and accessible to our patients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the content management system (CMS) platform, including user support, training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the writing team and Web Content Manager to develop and implement content strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain applications within the CMS using existing structures and algorithms.
  • Participate in assessing challenges and opportunities on the website and make recommendations based on best practices.
  • Manage URLs and redirects, and collaborate with health system teams to ensure domain renewals and registrations occur on time.
  • Support and work collaboratively with the Web Content Manager to execute projects and tasks needed to support the writing team.
  • Closely coordinate with the front-end and back-end development teams to test changes and ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of staff and personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and an openness to learning new applications to support the team's work.
  • Familiarity with creating content in various CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of domain structure and the mechanics of the Web.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives with limited oversight if needed.
