Job Summary:

In this dynamic role as an Ambulatory Care Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare team. Working closely with the Head Nurse, you will provide leadership and support to ensure quality patient care in our assigned practice group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the work of clinical support staff
  • Troubleshoot staff and patient questions and problems
  • Maintain effective communication with health care providers, Operations Manager, and Business Office Supervisor
  • Assist with scheduling and patient flow management
  • Lead daily clinical staff huddles and participate in routine meetings
Requirements:
  • Current New York State Practical Nurse's License
  • 5-7 years experience as an LPN, with a portion in ambulatory care
  • Supervisory experience preferred
