Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Support Advocate to join our team at Insight Global. As a Benefits Support Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and their employees regarding benefits plans, including answering questions, resolving issues, and documenting interactions.
  • Utilize call guides and client-specific information to ensure accurate and efficient support.
  • Advocate for employees on the phone, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Process enrollment-related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution.
  • Research customer requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • 1-year call center customer service experience or hospitality/retail customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mentality.
  • Computer-literate with ability to manage multiple monitors and pick up new systems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
