Job Description:Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Upstate. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating product features, designs, and benefits to potential homebuyers to capture new home sales.

  • Demonstrate product features, designs, and benefits to potential homebuyers
  • Explore sales leads and prospects received from various sources
  • B build relationships with potential homebuyers and close sales

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Active real estate license
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
