Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Psychiatry

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner to join our pediatric psychiatry unit. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including interviews, observations, and review of medical history.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in pediatric psychiatry, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in pediatric psychiatry or a related field.
- Annual salary range: $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience.
