About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, ensuring that they meet acceptable standards
  • Verify that equipment functions properly and requisition maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure medical equipment is working properly
  • Exhibit proven communication skills with the ability to convey written and verbal information accurately and effectively
Requirements
  • ARRT Certified in Radiology Technology
  • BLS
  • General Surgery
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to function independently
  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques
