School Age Child Care Program Counselor

The School Age Child Care Program Counselor plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our program. Working closely with the Site Director and School Age Child Care Director, they will implement an appropriate daily schedule that advances our program goals.

Key responsibilities include supervising groups of children, leading staff when applicable, and planning and implementing activities that are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate, and consistent with our Core Values.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a school, after-school, or camp setting and be able to work flexibly with a collaborative team of staff members and volunteers.
