About the Role

The Hollister Sales Associate is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively and the sales floor is well-organized.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, communicating effectively to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that shrinkage is minimized.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive business success.
