Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. We offer a comprehensive dental office with a predominantly PPO practice, providing a challenging and rewarding work environment for experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a general dentist
  • Collaborate with our team of specialists to support your specialty needs
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dental technology and techniques
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a guaranteed salary in the first 6 months and a potential income between $205,000 and $450,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • 31% - 33% + of production based on experience
  • Full-time position with a 4-day workweek (Tuesday-Friday) and 1 Saturday a month
  • A range of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An accredited dental school graduate degree
  • A current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
