This role will be responsible for people management, including contractors and consultants, and will support the implementation of next-generation technology and processes to enable enterprise data analytics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analytics and will be able to coach, mentor, and perform management of direct reports.

The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives with matrixed teams, connect with cross-functional leadership, and enable analytics capabilities to drive data-driven operations and decision-making. They will also influence stakeholders to identify opportunities to unleash the full potential of data and analytics.

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical development functional areas and related processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or a related field, and at least 4-6 years of experience in enabling novel analytics capabilities across business areas.

The successful candidate will have intermediate-level proficiency in R, Python, or other statistical packages, and will be able to communicate analytical and technical concepts in layman's terms. They will also have demonstrated project management skills, experience with Machine Learning and other advanced analytics techniques, and a strong ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
