About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at SMB Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, overseeing client services, and ensuring they are performing well, on-time, and implemented to the clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, overseeing client services to ensure they are performing well, on-time, and implemented to the clients' needs.
  • Client Strategy: Work with clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and pivots, pushing back on requests if it won't actually get them the results they are looking for.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with our internal services teams to strategize for the clients' needs.
  • Service Upgrades: Identify areas where the clients' services are lacking and offer proposed solutions to fill those gaps, including upgrading their services to higher tiers.
  • Reporting: Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the client.
  • Communication: Over-communicate with clients in an effective and clear manner regarding the work being performed and results achieved.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Google Ads: A deep understanding of Google Ads.
  • Client Management: Experience managing multiple clients at once.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: MUST have strong interpersonal skills to build great relationships with our clients.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to zealously look for any areas of improvement in your communications, the client's results, and our processes.
  • Organization: Solid organization skills to effectively manage your daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list.
  • Adaptability: Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of your role, able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  • LSAs: Experience with Local Service Ads (LSAs) is a plus.
