Position Overview
We are looking for an office support specialist who possesses outstanding customer service abilities, a supportive demeanor, and a positive outlook. This role will involve collaborating with the office team on various accounting and administrative tasks, which may include answering phone calls, processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness, scanning documents, filing, reconciling accounts, and conducting research. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's computer system
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, ensuring accurate recording on the repair order or counter ticket
  • Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers
  • Answer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, aiming to minimize hold times
  • Assist the accounting team with various clerical and accounting tasks as required
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental structures and internal procedures to assist customers effectively
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Ability to convey customer interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional appearance and attitude
