Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and analysis of airfoils using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance that influences outcomes to other people supporting complex tasks; mentor others in the organization.
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned hardware consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Develop action plans, with guidance, to respond to issues/problems.
  • Recommend the approach to meet the technical and program requirements.
  • Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews with internal and external customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 5 additional years of experience in a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering position.

  • Prior airfoil design experience.
