ROLE OVERVIEW // As the Store Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and daily management of your Barracuda Taco Stand. You will oversee all team members and manage administrative and leadership functions to ensure efficient operations. We provide a comprehensive training program to equip you for success.

COMPENSATION // Joining Barracuda means becoming part of a team that values respect, fairness, and balance. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and performance, with an annual salary range of $68,000 - $75,000, including performance-based profit sharing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES // As a Store Operations Leader, you will:

Pre-Launch Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement a strategic plan for the restaurant's opening.
  • Assist in recruiting and training your team, ensuring adherence to Barracuda's training programs.
Post-Launch Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, acting as a liaison between team members and upper management.
  • Build relationships with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your restaurant, addressing inquiries and preparing communications.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, atmosphere, and team performance.
  • Ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer service, making every guest feel welcome.
  • Manage shift schedules to meet business needs while achieving revenue targets.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high morale and productivity.
  • Lead daily operations with attention to detail and empower team members through effective decision-making.
  • Communicate openly with leadership and team members to ensure transparency and address any operational challenges.
TEAM SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT
  • Support team members during service and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure thorough execution of training programs and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, providing corrective action when necessary.
  • Facilitate weekly manager meetings to promote collaboration among leadership.
  • Work with other departments to meet business objectives.
  • Develop future leaders by building a pipeline of strong candidates for new store openings.
QUALIFICATIONS //
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
  • 2+ years of budget management experience with full P&L responsibility.
  • Experience managing a team of 20-30 direct reports.
  • Hands-on experience in developing training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Food Safety Certification and Responsible Vendor Permit required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
