ROLE OVERVIEW // As the Lead Store Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and daily management of our taco stand. You will oversee the team and handle all administrative and leadership responsibilities to ensure seamless operations. A comprehensive training program will be provided to equip you for success.

COMPENSATION // Joining Barracuda means becoming part of a team that values fairness and balance. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and performance, with an annual salary range of $68,000 - $75,000, including performance-based profit sharing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES // Below are some of the essential duties and qualifications expected for this leadership role:

Pre-Launch Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments, including kitchen operations, marketing, and logistics, to execute a thorough opening plan.
  • Assist in recruiting and training your team, ensuring adherence to Barracuda's training programs.
Post-Launch Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, acting as a liaison between team members and upper management.
  • Build relationships with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your location, addressing inquiries and developing action plans.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, ambiance, and service.
  • Ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage shift schedules to meet customer expectations and revenue goals.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on service and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high morale and productivity.
  • Lead daily operations with attention to detail and empower the team through effective decision-making.
  • Communicate transparently with leadership and team members regarding operational needs.
TEAM SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT
  • Support team members during service and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure thorough execution of training programs and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and provide consistent feedback.
  • Facilitate weekly manager meetings to promote collaboration.
  • Work with other departments to meet business objectives.
  • Develop future leaders by building a pipeline of strong candidates for advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
  • 2+ years of budget management experience with full P&L responsibility.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of 20-30 individuals.
  • Hands-on experience in developing training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Responsible Vendor Permit.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
