About the Role

The Real Estate Project Manager will play a vital role in the growth and success of El Car Wash, a leading express car wash operator in Florida and Michigan. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong background in land use approvals, civil and architectural design, and construction permitting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Feasibility Review: Conduct thorough site feasibility reviews to identify potential properties for development.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all phases of site development.
  • Design and Permitting: Coordinate site design process with architects, engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure implementation of El Car Wash standards.
  • Project Budgeting: Develop high-level project budgets for capital planning and oversee site permitting through completion of building permit.
  • Communication: Communicate project timelines and status with cross-functional teams, including Construction, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of land entitlement and project management experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in project management tools and software, Smartsheet's preferred. Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.
