Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing patient interactions, and coordinating referrals. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure accurate recording of appointments and patient information.
Responsibilities- Patient Interaction: Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, avoid scheduling conflicts, and accurately record appointments in coordination with healthcare providers.
- Administrative Support: Perform filing, data entry, maintain patient records, coordinate referrals, and handle medical records requests in accordance with confidentiality guidelines.
Multitasking and Prioritization: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing urgent matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
