Job Summary

The Colorado Judicial Branch is seeking a highly skilled Court Supervisor I to oversee the daily operations of a designated team/employees within the Clerk's Office or court division. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of justice in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of a designated team/employees within the Clerk's Office or court division.
  • Provide input on policy development and updates processes to new rules and legislation.
  • Provide internal and external customer service and respond to requests and concerns.
  • Prepare court documents and reports, monitor, review, and provide efficient and effective case processing.
  • Perform administrative functions, including case management data entry, reviewing case entries, providing advanced research on complex cases, processing warrants, and balancing accounts receivable.
  • Identify and complete projects that strengthen the Court's ability to effectively serve the community.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Three (3) years of experience in court, legal, or administrative services.
Work Environment

This position will be based in an office or similar indoor environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with individuals who may be hostile or irate.
