Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Leader to join our team at PIH Health. As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating patient care and providing preventative health maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a course of treatment for patients with a variety of diseases, including endocrinology, rheumatology, infectious diseases, and neurology.
- Provide expert disease management and prevention for adult patients 18 years or older.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current California Medical license
- Graduate from an accredited Medical School
- Graduate from an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program
- Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
