Sound Physicians - Los Angeles, CA - Sound Physicians is seeking a Medical Director to lead our hospitalist program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clinicians and contribute to the development of our hospital medicine practice.
Our Team
- We have a collaborative and supportive team environment with 19 clinicians from various backgrounds.
- We work closely with other hospital departments to ensure seamless care transitions and participate in community health initiatives.
Our Practice
- We are a 915-bed hospital with a focus on inpatient care.
- We welcome board-certified/eligible FM and IM candidates, with a preference for internal medicine.
- Our hospitalist team is trained in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, participating in rapid response and code teams.
- We use EPIC and have access to Sound's informatics platform.
- Expected annual compensation for the first year is $250,000 to $275,000.
- Benefits include paid medical malpractice and tail coverage.
- We maintain a high retention rate and collaborate to ensure coverage during time off.
