Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, localization, and testing of High Voltage Batteries and vehicle-related systems according to VW Group standards.
- Collaborate with VW CoE in Germany and NAR vehicle projects to ensure alignment and successful project management.
- Manage supplier evaluation initiatives, qualification processes, and support localization of new suppliers.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of budgets, headcount, and investment plans.
- Set strategic targets and lead Managers to the definition and achievement of goals.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- 7+ years of experience in automotive High Voltage Battery and EV Systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - required.
- Master's Degree in Engineering - desired.
- Overarching Leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge in EV & High Voltage Component technology.
- Excellent strategical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Regular travel to worldwide locations required.
