Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional customer service abilities
  • A genuine eagerness to learn and develop within the IT sector
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; or an associate’s degree with two years of relevant IT experience

Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing assistance to end users with Microsoft Office and various applications
  • Supporting end users in the setup of printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals
  • Troubleshooting issues related to remote access and offering mobile device support
  • Building new desktop and laptop computers from images or through automation
  • Developing productivity-enhancing PowerShell scripts
  • Engaging in endpoint-related project tasks
  • Managing communications with end users for designated clients
  • Collaborating with the Infrastructure Team on client-related assignments
  • Occasionally working on-site at client locations
