About the Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain tools and technologies required for vehicle architecture enabling. You will design and build a tool for use by the vehicle architecture team, feature and platform systems team deliver a standardized framework for multiple electronic control unit (ECU) to communicate and function in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with ECU owners and suppliers to resolve issues, implement methodologies and enable fast-paced delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in building software tools, distributed systems, device software, and/or abstracted platform services with constrained performance requirements.

About the Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the design, development of tools and technologies required for vehicle architecture enabling.
  • Develop and maintain tools and environment for managing delivery of SW and NW Architecture changes in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Develop scripts to automate the building of solutions and establish continuous delivery mechanisms for all vehicle programs.
  • Evaluate technologies and methods for integration of ECU platforms.
  • Enable software development, automated tests development and regression suites.
About the Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 4+ years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 4+ years of experience in Python, C++ or similar scripting language.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Experience with DevOps technologies and familiarity with implementing Continuous Delivery models.
About the Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
