ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Retail Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process from conceptualization to completion. Your duties will include:
  1. Leading the design process, developing innovative concepts, and creating engaging design presentations.
  2. Preparing detailed construction documents, ensuring quality control and compliance throughout the project.
  3. Coordinating with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and address any arising issues.

RequirementsTo excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing retail projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
