Job Summary



As a Tugger Operator at ABM Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial lift and/or tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for yardage
• Assist in baling cardboard, running a trash compactor, and operating a tow tractor to maintain production efficiency
• Use computer systems to read work orders and follow instructions to identify materials or containers to be moved
• Load materials and/or buggies into trailers and/or trucks, ensuring secure strapping or chaining to prevent shifting or damage
• Print necessary labels and manifests for accurate tracking and documentation
• Transport buggies from work sites to designated areas, loading and unloading full or empty buggies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of available buggies using computer systems
• Perform janitorial duties such as emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and scrubbing floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required, with on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
