We are seeking a skilled Travel Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. This 13-week assignment will provide the opportunity to work with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a dynamic rehabilitation setting.

Job Description:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care
  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders, developing tailored treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Administer standardized assessments and therapies to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as an SLP in California
  • 1-3 years of experience in rehabilitation settings, preferably with pediatric or adult populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and circumstances

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
