Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our home health rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in speech pathology, 2 years of recent relevant experience, and a valid SP-licensed Speech Pathologist certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes.
