Additionally, offers support to colleagues in comprehending intricate industry subjects.

LOCATION
Office-based role with a hybrid work model. Employees are generally expected to be present in the office three days a week, with future transitions to be determined based on health and safety considerations.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Tracking and recognizing emerging business trends in the music industry to enhance understanding of the current market landscape and capabilities.
  • Identifying competitive challenges and opportunities, developing strategic responses through collaboration with team members.
  • Conducting thorough competitive assessments, including benchmarking capabilities and service offerings to evaluate the Company's market position and identify potential new services.
  • Assisting senior leadership in evaluating potential industry partners through comprehensive due diligence of business models, capabilities, competitors, and strategic implications.
  • Exploring the marketplace for potential strategic alliances that align with the Company's Value Creation Plan.
  • Keeping management updated on industry dynamics that may affect the Company and providing strategic recommendations to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborating with business partners to create educational materials on complex music industry topics and delivering presentations to various audiences.

General Responsibilities

  • Fostering teamwork within the department.
  • Maintaining regular in-office attendance.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Music Business.
Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in market research or related fields.

SALARY RANGE
The specific base salary offered will depend on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change based on various internal and external factors.
