Architectural Metal and Siding Lead Installer/Foreman - Role Description:

This role entails overseeing site management and installation activities for the Commercial Siding division in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the installation team through effective communication and expert execution.
  • Prepare and maintain job sites as required.
  • Transport materials to and from work locations.
  • Adhere to directives from project managers and coordinators.
  • Mentor new installers as necessary.
  • Identify and report any material issues on-site.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Communicate requirements and concerns to site supervisors, project managers, and clients.
  • Guarantee that the installation of architectural panels and siding products complies with manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Facilitate daily communication between field and office.
  • Address and resolve any project-related challenges or conflicts.
  • Participate in on-site and off-site foreman meetings as required.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial architectural panels and siding systems, including installation practices.
  • Ability to interpret and annotate blueprints using various formats.
  • Proficient in measuring and laying out installation materials according to specifications.
  • Familiarity with tools and machinery pertinent to the trade.
  • Prior experience in siding installation is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are required.
  • Professional communication and leadership abilities for effective interaction with team members, clients, and other trade partners.
  • Must exhibit servant leadership qualities, with the ability to train and guide team members.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to company culture and industry practices.
