At CJ Logistics America, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and re-work damaged products to salvage and reuse them, ensuring maximum value for our customers.
- Follow all CJ Logistics policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
- Support and participate in Lean Logistics Center's continual improvement activities, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Participate in all assigned training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- At least 6 months of experience in a related field.
