Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily financial activities, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Maintain precise and current financial documentation utilizing QuickBooks and Excel.
  3. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Assist in formulating budgets and financial projections, monitoring actual performance against estimates.
  5. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws and submission deadlines.
  6. Collaborate with external auditors to support the annual audit process.
  7. Establish and uphold robust internal controls to protect company assets and mitigate fraud risks.
  8. Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of financial procedures and policies.
  9. Provide assistance in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping positions.
  3. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other pertinent financial software.
  4. Outstanding attention to detail with the capability to maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  8. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
