Position Overview:
We are in search of a dependable and guest-oriented Event Service Attendant to become a vital part of our team. As an Event Service Attendant, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our events by delivering outstanding service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare banquet spaces in accordance with event requirements
  • Welcome guests and assist with their seating preferences
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas and clear tables during events
  • Address guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Support the team in resetting tables for subsequent events
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary staff to ensure seamless food service
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a warm and professional attitude
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting
  • Understanding of banquet or restaurant operations is beneficial
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
