Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified Emergency Medical Technician Instructor to join our team at Canyons School District. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching Emergency Medical Technician courses and contributing to the development of our program.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Emergency Medical Technician courses to students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the community
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program goals and objectives
  • Participate in department and college-wide committees and activities
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Emergency Medical Services or a related field
  • Current California Community College Instructor Credential in Emergency Medical Technician
  • Two years of experience teaching Emergency Medical Technician courses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
