About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Los Angeles Jewish Health. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, contributing to the well-being of our senior community.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize facility performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a senior living or assisted living setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
